Yay! You’re all set.

You don't need to prepare anything for our call., Just confirm it’s on your calendar.

Come exactly as you are. We’ll talk about where you are now, where you want to be, what’s getting in the way, and what I think will help you get there.

(But if your brain is already working overtime on this,
I made you some things below . . .)

Brain swirling with what ifs?

Booking a call can suddenly make all the thoughts come to the surface, so I made you this little workbook to give you a place to park them.

All the swirling thoughts around what’s happening now, what you want instead, what you're worried about, what your brain is already telling you about what’s possible to change.

Use these workbook prompts to you can get out of the what ifs and into excitement for our call.

You don't need to finish it. You don't need to send it to me. This is for you.

energy + time = capacity

This is my unique three-step process for creating more of what you need. First, we use thoughtwork to turn down the constant mental noise that drains your energy: overthinking, replaying conversations, rehearsing future ones, and carrying a never-ending mental to-do list. Then we use that energy to reclaim time by setting boundaries, holding people accountable, and saving yourself from the “It’s just easier to do it myself” trap. When you have more energy + more time, you have more capacity for the work that actually moves you forward: strategic thinking, visibility, creativity, self-advocacy, stronger relationships, and handling the inevitable curveballs without feeling like one more thing will tip you over.

And if your brain has already started having opinions about what’s possible. . .

Brains are painfully predictable when it comes to making change. Here’s some pre-coaching on the three big topics that regularly come up when people start thinking about working with a coach.

“How will I know this is right for me?”
If you’re worried about making the wrong decision, regretting it later, or wishing someone else could just tell you what to do, start here. This video is about making a decision without perfect certainty and trusting yourself with whatever comes next.

“That’s a lot of money.”
If money is the part that immediately makes your brain hit the brakes, start here. We’ll look at the beliefs you’ve learned about spending, investing in yourself, risk, and being “responsible,” so you can tell the difference between a real financial constraint and a socialized belief.

“I don’t know if I can make time for this.”
If you’re worried about time, I made this for you. I break down the difference between actually not having enough time and not having enough capacity, why waiting for things to calm down can keep you stuck, and how the patterns eating up your time right now may be the very things you need help changing.

You don't have homework. You don't need to figure anything out before we talk. Just confirm the call is in your calendar and I'll see you then.

That’s It. Really.

In the meantime, come hang out!
